I have a problem with PROFINET communication between the PLC S7-300 and a CVX400F controller from Keyence. At a given moment, without any external intervention, the slots that the PLC receives (inputs) from the controller, go into fault. The hardware diagnosis is: Module not available. The error goes away the moment I remove the communication cable, wait for two seconds and reconnect again. After a few minutes stable, the error returns. The manufacturer Keyence is looking for some analysis if it may be an internal error of the controller, but I get in touch with you because I've had some problems in this same network with other components from other manufacturers, such as the case of disconnection without any explanation. In this case of the Keyence controller, I can still send signals to it, that is, the communication "hangs" only in the direction of the controller to the PLC. The resolution attempts I made were as follows: change the PROFINET cable, disconnect any other component from the network leaving only PLC and CVX, I changed IP, as well as the input addresses used in the logic and finally, I updated the PLC frimware. After this last attempt, the error continues to appear, but with a lower frequency, before it was approx. 2min and now I have 15min between each failure. I am attaching pictures of the diagnostics I printed from the PLC hardware. In addition to photos of the diagnosis presented by the WireShark software. I look forward to a reply, thank you....
