577B Panel PC - Resolution & Touch Features With Windows NT

FSO Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I appeal to you and take time to ask you in channeling support for our problem with the right people to make the best adjustments for an implementation of an Industrial PC that we are migrating from one film cutting machine to run with all features in a new PC 577B SIEMENS ( 6AV78320BA101). The original PC features were: - Industrial type PC supply 120 VAC - Hosting WinAC (PLC Card, PCI) - Resolution 1024x768 - Touch - Windows NT Operating System - Application developed by OEM (we don´t have access to source file, ONLY RUNTIME) I commented briefly on the progress and current problems, we have the application running properly on the new Panel PC, the only two features that we failed to adapt to its full performance are: - Resolution 1004x768, the PC only allows us to run 800x600 and we require the original type of graphics because the graphics programmed in the RUNTIME. - Touch, only allows us to operate through external keyboard and we need a mandatory TOUCH operation. Our requirement is to get the source drivers to enable us the required settings (adjusting, configuring) or as another alternative to develop specific drivers by the manufacturer (Siemens) for their appropriate performance over this new hardware. Can you please suggest us various alternatives or with whom we can address these issues urgently. Best regrads,
