Hello sankannan, Best I can provide at this time is drawings and information from two product postings on the possible option of N05 option for 1FT7 servo motors or a similar option for N05 option for 1FT6/1FK7 servo motors. Most challenging motor is likely to be the 1FT5060 motor as normally the N05 option by itself does not provide a flange and shaft compatible upgrade. However if you view the 1FT606x-6Ax78-xxxx-ZN05 option this may minimize the mechanical challenges. The 1FT7 product notice for N05 optionshould be available on Service and Support Website.
The 1FT6/1FK7 product for N05 option may not be visible depending upon your access. It appears to only be visible from Siemens Intranet. I can continue to attempt to help in general guidance, but I recommend you contact your local Siemens support representatives for more specific guidance to help with the proposed upgrade for both selection of the motors and drive system. Hello Sankannan, Attached is feedback from factory for complete specification part number including options. In addition,next to each part number I have drawn the approximatetorque vs. speed curve for each motor from the nameplate data since these specific motors are one generation older than the tech manual provided earlier for download. That technical manual was for DC LINK 600 V motors. Note: All of these threemotors are DC LINK 210 V motors per the attached description. The motors with two motors withG51 option were prepared by factory for customer (machine builder) to allow for install of ROD426 pulse encoder. This encoder signal is usuallytransmitted directly into an upper levelmotion controller for closing individual motor speed loop, individual motor position loop, or angular synchronized coordinated motionwithin the upper level motion controller. Many of thecurrently marketed drives systems such as SINAMICS S120 now can close individual motor speed loop and/or individual motor position loop themselves. If angular synchronized coordinated motion (such as electronic gearing or camming)is required for the application then the current motion controller would need to be integrated or replaced with a new motion controller to perform theangular synchronized coordinated motion. new question is splittet to to adapt the encoder pulse after the TM41 from 2048 of the motor to 2500 as the CNC require what's is possible to use? |
