Since the induced voltage is AC, I would suggest you perform some analysis on the system to determine if the AC voltage can be removed before it reaches the RTD module. Utilizing capacitors is the first idea that pops in my head when the issue is an unwanted AC component in the system.
The RTD modules are designed to handle noise from motors and other industrial equipment. However, allowing the high voltage you mentioned in your original post to reach the RTD will likely damage the unit. If I understand the manual correctly, the RTDs can withstand a maximum voltage of +/- 35 volts.

4 point RTD measurement would need only 4 wires, not six. With the use of right transducer, I thinh there shouldn't be a such problem.
