Hi, seems like there are some basics missing :) But it's not a problem. I'll try to explain a little for you. The I and Q tags are variable which are supposed to be connected to real peripheral hardware. This could be something like a switch or a light barrier or LED light. And that's also the problem why you can't set those bits in the watch table because the controller waits for real signals from connected peripherals. That's why all the bits are FALSE in your screenshots. But I guess you don't want to control the reader by using real switches and light indicators. So I suggest to use variables form a DB. With these variables you don't have any problems to set them in the watch table. When using variable from the DB or marker variables (M) you will see their actual values in the watch table (see screenshot) You could simply use the DB from the application example you referred to: There's a DB called "Interface" containing almost all the variables you need. You can copy it to your project and add other variables you need. Alternatively you could create your own DB and own variables. Give it a try. AttachmentScreenshots.zip (447 Downloads) |

Ok I will try to write some information with ADDR_TAG = 0. So when I want to write I'll use the IdentData block to write I want to appear in the tag, right? |
