Hi, I uploaded a program from S7-200 (communication via CP 243-1 IT). When uploading the program, the error "Communications time-out. (...)" appeared. I made minor modifications in the program and wanted to download them to the PLC. I got a warning: "There are wizard configurations that do not match for attached modules. Reposition Intelligent modules or exit and reconfigure using the wizards". When I browse the wizard from CP 243-1, there is no IP address or basically any settings. It actually says "Module 2" and the module is third after the CPU. The source of the problem is CP because when I removed it from the project and went to download, the warning disappears. My question is does anyone know why CP was uploaded incorrectly and how to make a full correct download? If there is no other way out, I'll try to get through this complicated wizard from CP 243-1. The free port 1 should work fine. Be sure you search on all 3 baud rate with that 3CB30 PC adapter to find the PLC. |
