hi, it can be that the s7dos device drivers are damaged. this drivers used for the communication with plc and other devices in tia. you can try to download the automation tool https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/98161300 it contains the s7dos drivers and it can possible that the install fix the problem. regards Christoph |

Hi all, I'd like to add a possible fix. My company pushed through a new software package called Taegis Agent (replacement for Dell SecureWorks Red Cloak). Taegis agent has known conflicts with Siemens software (See Likely Conflicts section Agent Known Issues (secureworks.com)). TIA portal could not see any network adapters except TeleService when I tried to go online. Solution: uninstall Taegis, run Siemens PC Identifier software to remap all the network adapters to Siemens software. |
