S7 1215C CPU Not Compatible

CPU is 1215C 6ES7 215-1AG40-0XB0 with firmware 4.2 et 200 IM 155-6 PN ST 6ES7 155-6AU00-0BN0, with firmware 3.3, and all are matched according to the hardware. Now, while uploading in the tia portal v15 update 4, it says not compatible error, but this occurs only if hardware mismatch or tia version mismatch. What are the possible errors that make them not compatible, even though the hardware and software are matched.

If not, try installing and updating, and see if the PLC will then allow an upload. Why are you uploading? It is much easier to open the original project and go online and compare online with offline. Uploading in TIA Portal is "last resort" when nothing else has worked. Just my thoughts.
