I want to change the direction of a motor.

After 3 seconds it must change from clockwise to counterclockwise. There must be a time of 3,5 seconds between the changing of direction. 

So we have: Input - 3sec counterclockwise - 3,5 sec no output - 3 sec clockwise - 3,5 sec no output - 3 sec counterclockwise etc.

I can't figure it out how to make it. Can someone help me with this?

Here is another version:

In this example, a complete cycle always runs, turning clockwise, then turning counterclockwise.

This means that after shutdown, the current cycle is still completed.
