SIMOREG 6RA70 on F004 fault

Our existing drive got failed so we replaced the same with new one. Backup downloaded & trial taken. Found while power on drive is tripped on F004 fault. We are giving supply 415V/200 VAC at drive armature input. We have another similar machine & that works fine on same supply voltage. In this new drive we are facing f004 fault issue. Could you please do the helpful?
