Also please contact the machine supplier & check in PLC dignosis.That will help you to understand/analyse the problem & then solution accordingly.

Then you may check parameter n732.01-32 for CB diagnostics (description see in manual, chapter 7.7.2.2). Have somebody changed something in PLC?
