I searched for many hours how it is possible to set Profibus Addresses and how to establish communication with this drives, but I couldn't find any solution.

Please help me with a step by step information, I am desperate to fix this problem.

Hello.
You must set Profibus address in parameter P918, after that switch-off and switch-on again power supply for electronics of drive.

To connect the drive to Profibus you need communication board CBP2. Look at themanual, chapter 7.7.2 and function diagram sheet Z110, to understand how to exchange data between drive and DP master.

 when attempting to change P918 with drive monitor via serial i get a error message " Code word missing " and the address does not change, what is needed to allow the parameter to update?

if i try and change from the PMU i get two rows of dashed lines and still no address change.

the drive is not faulted, and i get the same results if the profibus is connected or not.

Split from 3 Simoreg DC-MASTER 6RA70 connected via Profibus network.

P918 condition is - Offline, P52=3, P51 = 40 & check value of p927 = 3.

thank you very much, P051 was = 0 after changing it to 40 i was able to change the profibus address.
