Problem with controlling a filter

I´m trying to do a program for controlling a filter.

I have 7 motors and 7 magnetic valves to handle in pairs.

First start the magnetic valve and after that the motor. Then the motor stopps and the magnetic valve turn off.

After that it should be a paus for 30 seconds then the next pair starts, whitout that the first pair starts.

And so it goes trough all pairs and then it starts again.

The problem for me is how to get this going. At the end all the pairs is going all the time, and thats not what i want.

I want it to go one at the time and then next and then next and......

Just one pair at the time and no more. and this would be like a chain.

I have tried to find out some counter to do this but can´t find some.

I have attacht a program that i have begin with.
