V20: When inverter want to start, pump run very fastly and sound of pump is like take off auto

 Hello dear sir

I have a pump that started with v20 inverter in pid control with fixed value reference but when inverter want to start ,at first pump run very fastly and sound of pump like take off auto 

I do the following parameter (cn009) but motor behavier like take off auto furthermore

I change  p,i,d and p2257 but this action don't change.

what can i do please guide me

motor:inverter:1.5kw
