It's Interesting, because bad copper wire/cable is not a common fault, but I have encountered situations where the insulation got damaged in pulling the cable through conduit. The best situation is where the conductors short and the problem becomes obvious. The tough situation is where vibration or temperature changes cause the conductor(s) to intermittently short to one another or the conduit. Thanks again.

You told us in a previous message that you tried to use the spare wires in your cable and the problem still happening , and you tested those wires and they worked well!!!! For your new option to replace the old cable by new one , Can you tell us what is the features of the new cable (size, twisted or not,shielded or not)? For the ET200 module what is the procedure that you did ?
