Recipes choosing from PLC.

 PLC command DataLogWrite is for PLC data logging and is something completely separate from HMI's recipes.

Use 'move' block to write to your tags as you have previously and implement the setting I mentioned in the post below and see if that helps.

Just to double check - you do have the data record setup under the number you're trying to load?

EDIT:

From help file:

"Activate the "Synchronize recipe view and recipe tags" option in the synchronization settings of the recipe. If this option is deactivated, the system function has no effect."

- when you load data record in your HMI you still have to press the 'write to PLC ' button, which is a separate command, unless you activate the option mentioned above.

I have looked through it and its net exactly what I need.

It’s an oven for multiple things. And first the PLC scans what it is. And then it have to say for example to the HMI it needs Data Record 2. And then I want that the information of Data Record 2 gats out of my HMI to my PLC. And if I’m done whit that product it scans a new product and switch to of example Data Record 5.

 See if this works for you.

 V14, but i also have V12 and V13

 Perfect, you need V14 for this project and please bear in mind that I'm taking you in an entirely different direction from the rest of the suggestions in this thread. Best to have quick look first look at the example program I uploaded and get a very quick idea what I'm suggesting may work for you before investing too much time in it.

I'm suggesting multiplexing which is explained in details in this blog.

To open the project I uploaded earlier you need TIA V14  or later (SP1)

-Download and unzip the file.

-Open TIA V14 and go to menu "Project" then scroll down and select "Retrieve".

-Browse to the file you unzipped earlier "Multiplexing_Example.zap14" and follow the instructions.

-After the project is loaded  simulate PLC_1 with PLCSIM then simulate HMI_1.

-There's only one screen (Home), click in the textbox "Tank number" and enter the number 1 and notice the object/fields on the right update then click in the text box again and enter the number 2 and notice the difference.

-That will give you an idea if multiplexing will work for you.

Thank you very very match. It is indeed what I was looking for. I tried to make it myself but I have some question.

- How did you make your “Tanks_Indexed” in your HMI? If I put in my Address it just disappears.

- In Your HMI you have that “tank_info_1”. What is it? And how did you make that?

- And if I want use a memory of it. How do I do that? which one do I take?

- Is there a way that if automatically saves everything that when you put the power of and on that all the data is still on there? Like you did whit 1 and 2.

I'm not sure if you have received an answer by now, but I just tried a similar thing with the help of this thread.

In my application I must save different data records of a recipe when different events are triggered. For example, if the operator selects option 1, I want to use the recipe values of data record 1 in my PLC. I assume that's similar to yours?

Initially the above also didn't work for me, but I just changed the trigger tag event from "LoadDataRecord" to "SetDataRecordToPLC". Now whenever I change the trigger tag, the values from my selected datarecord are written to the PLC which I can then use in my code. I then use some code in the PLC to change between the different "options" and consequently the different datarecords.

Like I said, the answer is probably coming a bit late to help you, but maybe it can help someone else.

For info. “resp”.old.ID should change to the same number as ‘”IO”.RecipeDataNo. And yes I did change the Acquisition mode to Cyclic continuous.
