Datalog with SQL database odbc not working

I found out that with a WinCC Runtime Advanced it is possible to connect a data log to a SQL database. I configured a Datalog with the storing location setting as 'Database' and name of data source the name of the created ODBC. See attachment for the configuration. I tried two ODBC drivers, ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server and ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server. Both are not working in the runtime. After configuring the ODBC Driver you are able to test the data source connection. In this dialog the communication is successfully. But when i run the runtime the communication to the database is not active. I tried wireshark to check for any differences. What i see in the runtime is that the username that is used as authentication is not equal to the configured ODBC authentication. The username is the name of the windows PC. The database uses SQL Server authentication. The server is a Microsoft SQLExpress server. Am i doing something wrong? Attachment Datalog configuration with ODBC.png (212 Downloads)

Thanks for the documentation link.
