Insert function in User Archive

I just tested with WinCC V6 SP3 Hotfix 2 and your archive and script works.

Can you please try the code below and see if it works. I have removed all the conditional logic so that the script is only inserting test values.

Apologies, I think I may have caused confusion. I did not run your entire script as I do not have all the correct tags and archives. Instead I commented out a lot of the commands to get it to work with my project [:o]

The problem is not with your PC but instead with your script.

As you can see the insert works fine on it's own. It looks like the previous commands are either incompatible or not being called in the right order (or something like that). If I were you I would work through the script line by line and try to identify what is affecting the insert command. Maybe you need a commit after a sort or something similar ??

I am afraid I cannot easily do this for you as I do not have your full project, I do not understand the comments [:blush:] and finally I do not have enough time ! Can you do some further investigations to identify what is causing the fault. Alteranatively, can anyone else spot the fault ?
