Hi, Cloning is not recommended. A fresh install from scratch is better. I think you need to configure the station configurator on the new OS by selecting PLC→Configure and PLC→Download for the PC station. I assume you use named connections. Probably you need to check the Time Synchronization and/or Redundancy settings. You can select a network card there and I think the system does not recognize it. Maybe it's on a different slot. |

Hi, I think you need to set the station configurator. You can import also a XDB file, that file is configured in the project folder on the ES in the PC station. Check the PC station properties for location of that file, you can import it to the new OS via Station Configurator. Or use the PLC→Configure and PLC→Download option via right clicking the PC station name. The netpro configuration will be download to the new OS station and thus the station knows which communicationlines are setup. |
