Hi, Siemens provides a few products, the combination of which can help you in acheiveing the perfect load balancing:- 1) Since, you have two Generators you can keep them connected via a Controller ( S7- 1200 CPU ) when i say connected i am Not referring to DG synchronization. 2) You have to use a few PAC 3200 (energy meters). Control philosophy will as follows:-1) PAC 3200 energy meters shall be placed in the outgoing of DG i.e. just above the LT ACBs/ MCCBs installed.2) Both the PAC 3200 shall provide vital power quality data to S-1200 directly on Ethernet.3) Power Quality data will include THD, Unbalance, Limits of Voltage and Frequency.4) All the switching devices like ACBs/ MCCBs etc should be used Electrically operated and must have 1NO contact/ Trip Signaling switch & a Shunt coil.5) S-7 1200’s Digital input will be connected with ACBs/ MCCBs in the below fashion - NO contact of Device will send ON/ OFF information to S-7 1200 - Trip signaling switch of device will send Trip status of device. - based on Power Quality or time S-71200 will switch ON/ OFF the ACBs/MCCBs through the Digital outputs which are connected with its motorized mechanism and shunt coil repectively.6) You can use Sentron Power Manager software for Monitoring all these operation on line and can get the cost centre wise reports also to analize.7) In Sentron Power Manager, there is one screen which is known as Load Management/ Monitoring.
