help me I have a problem with a machine with the following equipment. SINUMERIK 840 D power line PCU 50.3-BC SOFTW V08.06.01.03 NCU 6FC5357-0BB25-0AA0 when working normally, the following alarms appear and the machine stops ALARM 300201 AXIS DRIVE 20 TIMEOUT DURING ACCESS, ERROR LOCATION 10509, ALARM 20144 CHANNEL 1 BLOCK N00022 MOTION SYNCHROUNOUS ACTION SYSTEM, ALARM 21612 CHANNEL 1 AXIS X/MX SIG VO VDI ENABLE RESET DURING MOTION, ALARM 21612 CHANNEL 1 AXIS Y/MY VDI SIGNAL SERVO ENABLE RESET DURING MOTION ALARM 21612 CHANNEL 1 AXIS Z/MZ VDI SIGNAL SERVO ENABLE RESET DURING MOTION ALARM 21612 CHANNEL 1 AXIS S1/MB VDI SIGNAL SERVO ENABLE RESET DURING MOTION ALARM 27090 ERROR IN DATA CORSS CHECK NCK-PLC $A_INSI[1] NCK 1, followed by fault 27021 axis stop triggered and when pressing the reset key on the MCP communication is lost ALARM 400250 NCK sign-of life monitoring ALARM 400261 failure of machine dashboard 2 ALARM 400260 failure of machine control panel 1 and the panel remains cycled, I have to press the reset button on the NCU so that the PCU responds and reset again When resetting the machine, it works normally again, but up to 4 or 5 hours can pass without failure and sometimes after 15 minutes a failure appears, that is, the failure is not constant. Please refer attached sheet & confirm DIP switch setting on INFEED module i.e. 6SN1145-1BA02-0CA1 must be as per line supply voltage. |

right now they are all off except 6, only 6 is on. machine working without problems, the transformer will be checked
