Of course you can get in touch with the Support of Comos, by following (usually) the following steps: - use your provided data (with your license) to create a new account (WebKey) on www.siemens.com/gtac - log yourself into that page - create a ticket, filling the form there, to provide all the needed information - if you are new to do that, you can use the FAQ for it: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/de/view/109474501 there is a english version of it, you can switch it on your own there.
