Hi Guys, I am new to these convertor, however I have two convertor both of the type 6SE7027-2ED61-Z. One has the reoccuring fault F029 (measured value sensing) and the other has a reoccuring fault F011 (overcurrent). I have done factory reset on both units using the PC tool Drive Monitor, I have upread a complete parameter set from a working drive using the OP1 unit and download same to these convertors. Power Definition was also done. Both faults on both units continue to reoccur. Also I have notice a Voltage reading on r006 = 540v DC when no supply is connected on both units, so I believe there is a problem on the measuring circuit. I have also interchanged the CUVC boards with same results. Is there any parameters I need to check or change before I can confirm that the Peu board is defective ? What are the other possible causes of these reoccuring faults ? |

Dear all we have 6SE7027 - 2ED61 - Z that have same problem. That we couldn’t rest F011(overcurrent ), and this fault immediately appears after we power on +24v. We recognize that power card became faulty we replace it, aslo repalce cuvc card ,PUD card but again this fault appear. I should notify that without power on main incoming drive show DC voltage 513 volt, also r832.1 & r832.2= 0). Also value in parameter r785 = 0 . Would you please help me about this mater? |

In My case both CT became faulty due to which F011 (overcurrent ) fault was coming. After repalcing both the CT(current transformer),drive become healthy and able to reset. |

Hi members, Recently in my factory 1 unit 6SE7026-0ED61-Z faulty with error F029 and F011. Action 1. Replace the CUVC card fault able to reset let running the unit. 2. After 6 hours the unit faulty with same error code. 3. Replace the CT component and running the unit until now no repeated error. Thank you. Nani |
