Micromaster Communication Error

We are having a similar problem after replacing the MM440 unit.  We were told that the unit was bad and needed repair or replacement.  We purchased a factory new MM440.  It was installed and the program file was pulled from the old unit and loaded into the new.  The tech is reporting a communication error and has no idea how to resolve it.  I see a "SET" number on the old unit, but this number is missing from the new MM440.  Is the SET number unique to the compressor or the MM440?  We are trying to fix our Atlas Copco VSD37FF unit.  Maybe this is a simple setting / parameter change?  The tech from Altas Copco does not know, and the service manager has no interest in helping fix this for us.  They want us to buy a new compressor.  

Again, the MM440 is a new unit that had factory setting, but it was supposedly installed and loaded with the program from the old unit.  Getting a communication error.

Can you tell me what the set parameter is?

P2011.0 = 1
