Problem with TIA V14 and TP1500 Comfort INOX.

Hello. I have a machine with S7-1200 and TP1500 Comfort INOX. When I connected to PLC it showed me that the project on this PLC is in TIA Portal V14. I opened it on TIA Portal V14 and downloaded the soft from the PLC. Well as I know i can't just do the same with the HMI. I mean to download project and make some changes, only what I can do is download backup by Simatic ProSave. Anyway I was thinking meaby I could just make the panel from the scratch as it is just 3 windows. When I tried to add the panel from the hardware catalog I realized that there is no such model in TIA portal V14. The panel is 6AV2144-8QC10-0AA1. I looked for some download data for the hardware catalog  and I found this support packages for the hardware HSP. So I downloaded this package to TIA portal, but still there is no such panel in the hardware configuration. Is this only available on newer TIA portal version. And if it is like that how is this possible that PLC is on TIA Portal V14 and HMI is on the newer project.
