Electrical problems

We've just completed an electrical cupboard for our Sinamics S120 devices ( CU320, Smart Line Module and an Active Line module (we had to implement theActiveline supply by our teacher too, it is on, but not used when the Smart Line Module is used and vice versa and they are electrical seperated, a Motor Module, TM 31 , SMC 20, and all device are on).

Butwe have a problem wich we didn't had before. It's so that when we want to activate our Smart Line Device ( with a pulse ) to get our 500 V DC, but our differential of our network goes off ( although it's a 300 mA instead of a 30mA ) it seems to be still to much current that goes to the ground ( cause of the capacity load, we think ). We are using a TN network, but I think that's not a problem as it should be possible when we read our manuals. Could it be that we have this problem cause of the fact that we use in front of our Smart module a Smart Line Filter ( so it's capacitie load is to much )? And than there's an other thing we've noticed that de M is internally connected to the PE of our CU320, so we think this could be the problem as de current can flow to the earth. If this is not the problem, is it possible to explain why the M is connected to the PE, this could help us for understanding the devices more, as we have to explain them in our thesis.

Another aspect you should know is that we are building this cupboard for a Labo. So it must bij intrinsic safe, that's why every component has to be grounded, and that we have to use a differential. As it is for a Labo we also have to make a lot of measurings on it, there for we used al lot of EMC cabling so there's a very good connection to the ground ( PE ).Could this be a problem too?

So if we order the 5SZ6 468–0KG00 or 5SZ6468–0KG30 differential our problem of starting up the devices with use of the line filters would be gone for sure ? ( remarking there's no other electrical problem ).

As we do not have the catalog CA01, could you give us the difference between the to types or can you give us the URL on wich we can find the CA01 catalog, as we cannot find ourself on the internet.
