BobR Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Help needed [:(] Can not figure out how to change parameters in Sinamics servo module using "Acyclic" communication. PLC HW configuration uses only PZD words (no PKW). Where do you write your data (which address) and which SFB/SFC to use? My servo module is configured at address 260 (configured as Telegram Max 16/16) and "Cyclic" communication works just fine (reading and writing from/to address 260 using SFC14/15), just 16 words are not enough for my application. Thanks for any help you guys can provide. BobR

Georg Member Joined: 5/22/2006 Last visit: 9/19/2024 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello You have to use SFB52/53 to read/write a data record from/to the sinamics and the address you have to use is the diagnostic address. The way you have to code the telegramm is described in the "PROFIdrive Profile Drive Technology". If you don't want to program this communication there is a product "Drive ES SIMATIC" which contains a block for acyclic communication with the drives. miguel-on Advanced Member Joined: 12/19/2006 Last visit: 10/14/2024 Posts: 22 Rating: (2)	Hi all, I'm sorry por popping up this issue after many months, but since I'm working with a CPU315-2DP (which has no SFB52/53) trying to access to the parameters of a CU310-DP I'm afraid gotta use the SFCs 58 & 59. The problem ishow to target the right parameter, as "recnum" field of the SFC59 has a length of 8 bits, and parameter range of SINAMICS devices exceeds it by large. Then, for example, how can parameter p2507 be accessed and modified through an acyclical communication?

BobR Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	"recnum" is record type number. You should use type 47 which is 2F Hex. So, your "recnum" = B#16#2F BobR

plc_user Posts: 57 Rating: (0)	I tested the write function sfc 58 for writting parameters to a sinamics drive. I used the example in the manual ' Control Units CU240S Operation Instructions, 11/2006, A5E00766042B AA' on page 5-107. This works fine for one parameter but not for multiple parameters (after adapting the send datablock and the pointer for the record). What should the structure of the datablock be for writing multiple parameters? What should be adapted when writing multiple parameters?
