Hi everyone I am using PXC4.E16 in our project. but we are using ABT GO and can't find other PXC4.E16, in ABT GO devices, it was discovered that one PXC4.E16 enabled WLAN only. in the hardware config, we have 10 PXC4.E16, with CAT5E I can search all PXC4 in the ABT site but can't show in ABT GO Thank you so much |

Hello, did you checked the correct network settings in ABT Go? Did you setup them correctly? Are you connecting via network or via hotspot on device? You have to be connected on network, otherwise you will see only one PXC4. |

Dear WY Had a similar issue and the network in the building was not up and running at that time: One way to cover this issue is to temporarily connect your PXC4's to a commissioning router you bring yourself. Just quickly wire them to the router with patchcables. Advantage is you can then also use abt go on your tablet/mobile and connect via wifi. This also helps when your communication is still running on BacNet IP which gets blocked by most corporate IT Departements. That way you only have to switch to BacNet SC at the end of commisioning. Also I recognized the UDP Port only works on "All" when BAC0 is configured on your devices. If you chose a different BAC UDP Port in ABT Site/Pro, you'll have to adjust the Port in ABT Go to the aquivalent otherwise no Automation Stations are found. |
