Data Log "No data log is found"

Hello everyone, I had a problem with my Data Log function, I have configured it in my circuit and for 2 days I was getting the reports normally but for some reason when I tried today it didn't work and kept saying "No data log is found" I am using the Siemens 24RCEo PLC with a memory card inserted, haven't changed anything in my circuit between the time it worked and the time it didn't, would appreciate any input regarding this issue!

I feel your pain, I have been fighting a 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 (Controller, LOGO! 12/24RCE, 4DI, 4AI, 4DO Relay 12-24VDC) with the same error message of “No data log found”. When I get it working, it captures 9 csv files with 20,000 records each and then stops. When I use Soft Comfort (V8.3.0) Tools>Transfer>Upload Data Log, I get “No data log found”. So I eject the SD card and remove the 9 data log files and reinstall the SD card. At this point, it will not log data any more. I have to go to Tools>Transfer>Clear User Program and Password. Then I reload the program and if I'm lucky, it starts logging again. But for some reason, it will only do 9 log files and then it quits again. There is plenty of space on the SD card.

I tried Tools > Transfer > Diagnostic just to see if anything was reported and it returns a blank screen. I have come to the conclusion that logging on the LOGO is buggy and is one reason I am reluctant to suggest it to customers that need local logging capabilities. If you find a permanent fix, let us all know!

I am using (6ED1052-2HB08-0BA2) I have tried everything even clearing the SD card as mentioned above.
