Hi, It doesn't sound very good. I wasn't able to find in my documentation this particular problem "1-0-9", but I think your Compact Flash Card, or the system software that is on this card, may be corrupt. If you have the software saved somewhere, you can use SimoComFFS to rewrite the software onto the card and try again. If this does not work than most likely is the NCU is damaged. Good Luck! |

By the way, you should probably try to reset your NCU the correct way... S3 to 1, S4 to 3, turn off anf then on, wait until the NCU display reads "5", then S4 2-3-2, wait until the PLC starts, then S4 and S3 to 0. |

Dear , i would suggest you to try hardware intilization of NC and PLC using rotary switch on CCU. Then watch out the behaviuor of the CCU. Once the complete intilization was carried out, please put back the rotary switch position S3 & S4 to 0 After this observe the LED on the NC and PLC side. ( only one RED LED should be ON on the NC side (which tells that no drives ar configured) and PLC side should be green only). Seven segment display should show nr. 6) Regards and good luck |

Hello, I had this particular issue and my problem came from the board. After I have replaced the NCU board, everything was good and worked just fine! Hope you will solve it. |
