Hi Make P0771 = 755, this is reading the analogue input and transfering this to the output directly. In the example r0755 is an analogue value, a 'read' value; in this case P0771 is the Binary Output from the inverter to the outside world. Factory setting for P0771 is 21:0; see in manual r0021 is a 'connector output' for 'actual frequency', setting to 27 this would read motor current. In this way these elements can be connected together. Also setting, r0722:0 to :12, shows the state of the digital inputs. By making P0731 = 722:2 digital output 1 will go high when DIN3 goes high. To demonstrate the operation of these 'connectors' I have attached a diagram for a G120C inverter drive, showing a PI control for 'stairwell pressure control' in a building, part of a smoke extract system. To demonstrate how the analogue input can be connected to this control loop within the inverter drive, and the setpoint source (P2253 connected to r2250) can be connected to gether. I hope this makes this a bit more clear. Tractor AttachmentPI Control chart4.pdf (612 Downloads) |
