Upload a backup from the PLC to EPROM

Hi There,

I'm hoping for some help on this.

I have a 6ES5 375 - 1LA41, would I be able to upload a back up from the PLC to this EPROM?

Would appreciate the help.

Hello,

First, you need to erase the EPROM using an EPROM eraser (device with UV light).  Then you need a copy of your PLC program uploaded from your PLC using STEP 5 software and cable, then a USB Prommer is needed to write the PLC program to the EPROM.

I know how to do this, and I have a USB Prommer.  Do you have: STEP 5 software, an S5 transfer cable, UV Eraser and USB Prommer?  If you can upload the program, I can program the EPROM if you send it to me.  I can also assist with uploading remotely if you at least get a download cable.
