Senserless vector torqe control problematic in MM440

I hope all are in good health. 

I am facing a problem in senserless vector torqe control setting. Previously, I have applied  Torque setting and it was successfull but after I was making some adjustments, the motor is not working properly. 

I have reset and applied the old settings but now the motor is not behaving properly, some time it stuck and make noise and sometime, it take a half rotation and stops. 

I have tried to apply several settings but unable to run motor successfully.

I didnot found any document and help which directly relate to my problem in this forum. 

Kindly help me out to solve and rectify the problem.

Are you using encoder feedback?

Some indication of the application and control would help.

I am not using any encoder feedback. 

I have two motors which are controlled by mm440. One motor will remain work. On a fixed frequency and other motor will slow down if any load is applied over it. 

I have to keep the torque to remain the same if speed reduce. For this purpose I want to use torque vector control option.
