Migrate licence from one IPC to another

Currently I have an IPC477C with 2048 PowerTags. 6AV7884-0AH30-3EM0 I have to replace this IPC with "new one" (an older repaired: 6AV7884-0AB22-3EL0) but it just have 512 PowerTags, how to migrate licences between equipements? Thanks.
