I want to connect the 4 -wire temperature sensor to the analog module, please show me. The 2 -wire sensor I was successfully connected. For the power supply of the temperature sensor use the same 24 VDC as for the AM2 module. Brown = +24VDC Blue = 0 VDC Black = to terminal I1 of the AM2 Grey = to teminal M1 of the AM2

I have followed the instructions but failed, the sensor at the temperature is about 26 degrees to return 85mA when installed into the AM2 module. -I used resistance 500 Ohm to change from 4-20mA to 0-10V. I see that the voltage has changed when moving the sensor to different heat areas - Video test: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4k7-dJyNZRc I try it with IFM 3430 sensor. The only way I can explain why 85 mA is flowing is if the connection is wrong. Please write exactly which sensor it is (manufacturer and type).

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 9/2/2025 Posts: 35909 Rating: (4496)	For a test: Disconnect all connections from the sensor to LOGO!. Only connect the power supply to the sensor and the measuring device to the analog output of the sensor and then measure the current. If this is between 4-20mA, then there is something wrong with the wiring.
