Sinamic V20 Drive stopped

Greetings

I have a Sinamics V20 drive configured for a very simple application, in which it receives the Run command through the digital input DI 1 and the speed reference through the analog input. Sometimes, the drive is completely stopped even with the Run signal active, and there is no indication of any fault. When I disconnect terminal 1 to measure the 24 VDC and rule out any electrical issue, the converter starts up immediately as soon as I reconnect it.

I remember that during comissioning, the A911 warning would appear; although I increased the ramp time, perhaps this is the reason the drive is stopping.
