Hello to all

i I have a Logo 230RC (6ED1 052 1FB00 0BA6) with 2 expansion modules DM16 230R (6ED1 055 1FB10 0BA0) which does not power on after a power failure (blank screen), probably shot? There is proper power supply.

What I want to ask is what can I replace it with by just uploading the program? The newer Logo8 RCE?

A new base module alone is not enough, as the old expansion modules are not compatible.
All expansion modules whose order numbers end with 0BA0 or 0BA1 are not compatible with base modules in the 0BA8 series.

This means that you need a new base module and two new expansion modules.
The LOGO! Soft Comfort (LSC) software must also be updated. For the current LOGO! 8.4, you absolutely need at least LSC 8.4.0. However, you can upgrade your old program with LSC V8.4.x.
To do this, you must load the old program into LSC V8.4.x and adapt it.
You must do the following:

- In the hardware selection, you must switch from 0BA6 to LOGO! 8.4.
- You must then assign an IP address and a subnet mask in the file properties that are in the same subnet as the PC on which LSC is installed.
I can't tell you whether you need to make further adjustments because I don't know your program.

1 x base module 6ED1052-1FB08-0BA2
2 x extension module 6ED1055-1FB10-0BA2
