pcu20 won't start

I turn on my CNC machine with an 810d controller and the screen gets stuck on this black screen (I'm sending photos attached). It doesn't show any error on the machine's CCU. What could it be? We installed a new CCU about 2 months ago and the machine has always been working perfectly, except today. Attachment 810d.zip (128 Downloads)
