Cannot transfer license

I am getting timeout and communication errors in the Automation License Manager.  How do I fix this?

This was resolved.  I already had SP4 installed, but this procedure fixed it:

- Uninstall ALM via the Control Panel

- Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following path:

  C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Automation License Manager -> Delete the "Automation License Manager" directory

- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\sws\almsrv\

  -> Delete the "almsrv" directory

- Perform a Windows restart

- Install ALM V6.2 SP3
