MM440 reference using Analog

I have a MM440 11.5kW drive attached with the conveyor system. Previously the drive was running on fixed frequency setting(P1000-3), now we have added the analog setpoint also to this drive and now P1000 has set on 32(Analog+fixed frequency). There is two system on the conveyor one is PLC mode and another is Bypass mode. When PLC mode is running the drive will run with the analog setpoint and fixed frequency will get enable. In case of Bypass mode the analog setpoint will leads to zero and fixed frequency will turn on. 

The system is working ok, the only issue is in analog setpoint. The frequency is increasing only upto 50Hz which i want to till 65 Hz. I am using a 2AO U (15bit ) module and at max voltage is also generated at the module which i have measured with the meter.

I think something i am missing in MM440 side but not sure what it is.

P 2000 ?

Till now i haven't checked or set the P2000 value and as per the manual the default value will be 50Hz, So do i need to set it to max frequency i want to use?
