MM440 AOP-- up or down keys working

Do you have idea about my AOP malfunctional --all keys working except 2 arrow keys (up/down)

they are no response . I can use AOP "jog" , start/stop  MM440 ,change running direction

P and Fn key working good, only up/down keys not working

If other keys on AOP are functional, it means AOP & MM440 communication is OK. Most probably the UP - DN arrow keys might be faulty. If possible, try by replacing the AOP.

Try the following:

P1035.0 set to 2032.D

P1036.0 set to 2032.E

I think my AOP is HW issue, but I will try your suggestion thanks

on AOP or BOP, up or down arrow button should work no any relation with any parameter setting--IF the hardware and connection to MM4 interface are good.

common sense --if they don't work how can you adjust parameter or P address.

However I checked P1035/P1036 by using BOP (my AOP not work), they are default =19.d and 19.E. That only mean up/down button can control internal MOP to speed up/down .

I try to change them to 2032.d and 2032.E, no any help for my AOP and even BOP up/down button lose function for MOP
