How to take trace in MM440

Good Afternoon Guys,

I am trying to carry out a trace on a MM420 and have copied the script exactly as it is in the support doc, all I get is;

Information   Script execution started . . .

Error             Trace_1(7) : Syntax error (0x800a03ea)

Error             Script execution has been completed with an error

What does this mean and what have I done wrong?

I use this script.
The script lets you choose the controller and parameters and will produce a CSV file with headers.

Well, you can take trace using starter but for that you need to run a script
