I will remove the diagnosis and post the information here, another observation is regarding the CPM50M0 module, the second from the left to the right in the photo, the h6 led is flashing and the h4 is on. The original 6DD 1683 -0CH0 hack has been replaced by the 6DD 1682-0CH2 Attachment foto.PNG (916 Downloads)

If this is first time loading then select 'Initial load'. If you change D7-SYS version, select 'Systen and user program'.

It seems you try to download program with D7-SYS version on PC newer than the program already loaded to CPU. Select 'System and user program' and 'Initial load'.

Can you compile your program without errors? If not, then you need to update libreries via CFC-menu 'Options-Block types'. If you can compile without errors, then you need to download with option 'System and user program' and 'Initial load'.

According to compatibility of D7-SYS, you need Step 7 V5.3 SP1 or SP2. I have VM with Step 7 V5.3 SP2, CFC V6.1 SP1, D7-SYS V6.2 SP3 and DUST1 is works well. Try to reinstall all SW with Step 7 V5.3 SP2 or try to reinstall only D7-SYS.
