MM440 F0022 is it dead..

Iam using MM440 (6SE6440-2UC21-5BA1 1.5kW) to drive a 2hp three phase American induction motor. I am in the UK so my mains supply is 230V 50Hz single phase. The Motor is wired up as 220V three phase. This has been working fine until yesterday.

As far as i'm aware nothing abnormal happened, but now when I try to start/jog the motor the drive gives F0022 (P947 = 22, P947=1). I have reseated the BOP and I/O panel, no change.

I have disconnected my motor and all other wires. When I power cycle the drive, it comes on ok (display shows frequency) but as soon as I try to jog or start it shows F0022.

So, is it broken? Where should I send it for repair (in the UK)

With motor wires disconnected, if I try to jog the driveit gives F0022, is that normal? Can the drive give output without a motor connected?

I'll go and check the motor wiring now.

The IGBT module (BSM 20GP60) was blown. I had it replaced at a cost of £200, which blew again immediately!

This drive has been a complete waste of time and money. I now have a Bosch Rexroth inverter which working very successfully. Micromaster is in the bin.
