MM440 Factory settiing problem

Arijit Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hello Expert... I am trying to make the factory setting of a 18.5 kW MM440. But after putting P0003 to 3 when i am trying to make the parameter P0010 to 30..it is not changing..It is remaing on 2... I have also tried to make P0010 to 1..bt again the same problem remain means it remains on 2.. Can anyone tell me whats the problem? Can any1 suggest me any solution? I just changed the VPOC card of the inverter as the pervious one was faulty... Arijit

You absolutely cannot change from P0010=2 to P0010=30 without first changing to the no commissioning mode P0010=0. Regards, Graeme

Arijit Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Dear , I have changed VPOC and VGAP card of the inverter( as the pervious one ios faulty) But F0004 and A503 is showong on the BOP and it its not resetting. and i have tried with the above two suggested method to do the factory setting. But i failed again, Please Gv me the solution.Its urgent. Arijit

See the FSD circuit diagrams for the temperature sensor on connector X502. The rectifier might not start (A503 = Undervoltage) until you get rid of the F0004 fault. Regards, Graeme

Have you checked Parameter r200 & P201 this both should be same For 2.2 KW drive (MLFB:6SE6440-2AB22-2BAx) Code should be 56 Please verify this Regards Devesh
