Trying to connect to 808D to download into PLC Programming Tool

I have an 808D Advanced Mill which I need to make a few modifications to the ladder logic to enable safety door interlocks. I purchased the 808D Toolbox software (SKU: SIES6FC58110CY000YA8) but am having difficulty getting the software to connect to my VMC.

I don't have internet in the shop, but I installed a router and created a mesh network so that I can connect to it via Ethernet. I have verified that the firewall allows for connection on the ssh port 22, as well as the other two ports (5900 and some other port I can't recall currently).

I AM able to SSH into the VMC, and can log in as user "manufact" no problem. However, when I try to connect to it via the "Access MyMachine /P2P" app, it throws an error message of "No Internet connection found"

In the "PLC Programming Tool" software when I try to connect to the VMC using this software, I again am having a problem getting it to connect to my machine. On the "Communications Setup" dialog, the only means of connection it seems to present are via a Serial connection. However, my VMC appears to not have a serial connection (see attached) on the back of my PPU, and the software manual indicates that the 808D is not supported to connect to via Ethernet as the devices it lists are the 828 and 802 controllers, only.

So, I'm at a loss as to how to import the current VMC project (which is a lightly modified version of the default_milling it appears) into the PLC Programming tool.

You need to configure your connection in the PLC programmer

Just 5 min ago I have posted regarding the communication problems and I got this information. But for my case I have followed all the instruction posted by you I set PG/PC ,ethernet card, 169. 254. 11. 22. I was trying this for a week but no communication established with PLC. Please help me solve this problem.
