Stolen authorization diskette, S7 and S5 installation CD, and Field PG support documents

126elc Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi there! Good day to every one. I bought a Field PG last 2006 with Step7 5.4sp1 and Step5 software. Unfortunately, a month ago,somebody stole myField PGsupport documents,the original installation CD and the diskette forthe license key.Its a good thing that all the license keys for all theSiemens softwares of my Field PGare installed.Myquestion is,how can Iget technical supportfrom Siemens now, incase a softwareauthorizationfile failed? Or is there a way to get another set of whatIhave lost. Thanks.

I asked for support in ad.siemens.com , they call me and we fix that problem together.
