Hi, My customer has an OP15 ( 6AV3515-1MA30 C1, Vers 2.11) and it has intermittent dark screen, though it is still working now.
So they want to make backup copy from the OP15 in case the unit is totally damaged.
I try to upload but was unsuccessful. I try COMTEXT, Protool and Prosave all not possible. When I used COMTEXT(vers 3.1) and do transfer TDOP to FD, I got a message on the bottom of PG, It is "mess.070: Delete page?" If I press F1( start ) again, the message keeps on repeating and nothing is being transfered to the PG.
Sometime I got another message Mess:081:error during COM<--->TDOP transfer.

Has anybody the experience with this and know the solution to this, I greatly appreciate your help.

 Hi,

You can select in the menu in the OP15 program (if exists) the mode "transfer" or "COM-TEXT".

Setting the system time of the programming device was also the solution for me.
