HİM61 Experienced Member Joined: 8/21/2013 Last visit: 9/15/2025 Posts: 74 Rating: (0)	In our factory, there are 4 TP177B 6" DP BLUE MODE ( 6AV6642-0BC01-1AX1) HMI. One of them screen was broken and we dont have its file. Therefore we bought TP700 Comport panel and we planed that get back up and restore it to new panel. But, we are not succussed to get backup. We get CP5711 cable. When we try backup same cable and configuration from TP700 Comport panel, we are succussed but the old panel TP177B is fail. What could be the wrong with it ?

Wizard Diamond Expert Joined: 4/24/2006 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 9085 Rating: (1202)	Hello, Please consider the following: - When you want to exchange a TP177B with an TP700 Comfort, you need the original project to migrate - You can use Prosave to backup the project of TP177B. But you can only restore it to another TP177B!!! Best regards, Wizard

But, i couldnt get backup from broken panel. Same cable, same configuraiton i can get backup TP700 Comport panel, so What could be the problem?

Except the broken one, When i try to get back from the working panels, i am not successed again. Also i try TP270 panel to get back up, it is fail as well. I dont understand why old panel gone fail but new panels are ok like TP700 Comport panel. I am gonna use CF card to backup from old ones.

Now, I have to change my panels to new ones. Which are equal to TP177B is "6AV6 642-0BC01-1AX1" and TP270 is "6AV6 545-0CA10-0AX0" ? I mean there wont be a problem when i restore my backup to new panel that i want to buy ?
