 So while I am sharing tips-and-tricks.

I have the following bookmarked in my web browser:

1) https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/in/en/new/?page=0&pageSize=5

2) https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/in/en/new/?page=0&pageSize=30

The  [in]  is the country (not my home, just as example). You can manipulate the country to any that you choose. Sometimes the link speed is slow and changing the country to another, changes the update. Choose a country where it is night time.

The [5] or the [30] says how many new entries are shown. 5 when updates are slow or if you check regularly. 30 if you have checked today but not so recently. You can choose another number that suits your needs, going above 50 does not make sense as you could use paging.

so ww makes any sense? Just wondering. that is what i have in default.

The error is present again, this time in my case it concerns the conference SINAMICS.
